| Couple / Room sharing registration | ||
| The form only allows the registration of one participant at a time. Therefore, participants travelling in couple or willing to share a room must proceed as follow: | ||
| 1.Complete registration of the first participant including the room booking and the name of the person he will share the room with under the “sharing with” field. | ||
| 2.Registration of the second participant with the selection « no room booking required » in the accommodation section but with the mention of the person (the first participant) he will share the room with under the “sharing with” field. | ||
| Pre-/Post-Convention registration | ||
| Should you register for the pre-/post-convention (using the form), please do not book any flight. Kuoni will contact you shortly after your registration to organize the booking of your flights. | ||
| Travel insurance | ||
| The participants (Swiss residents only) who would like to take out travel insurance (additional insurance covering in particular outpatient, personal assistance, etc.) may contact our partner Gest-Union SA (Mr Gérald Dugon, g.dugon@gestunion.ch) for information and to easily conclude such insurance. | ||
| Please note that no cancellation or repatriation insurance is included in the Convention package. | ||

| Registration and payment |
||
| Only registrations made with the completed registration form and paid in full will be accepted. The deadline for registration is April 14, 2010.Flights and hotels offers are subject to availability. |
||
| Change of reservation | ||
| All changes are on request by sending an email to Kuoni Events: events.zrh@ch.kuoni.com. An administrative fee of CHF 100. - will be charged per change of reservation. |
||
| Cancellation fee | ||
| 30% of the registration fee if cancelled before February 12, 2010. 60% of the registration fee if cancelled between February 13 and March 28, 2010. No reimbursement for cancellations made after March 28, 2010. Administrative fees will be deducted from the registration fee. In order to avoid cancellation fees, registration is transferable by sending an e-mail to events.zrh@ch.kuoni.com indicating the name of the participant being replaced and the complete name and address of the replacement participant. An administrative fee of CHF 100.- wil be invoiced. Reimbursements will take place after the event. |

| Miscellanous |
||
| Participants are responsible for the validity of their passport. EHL declines all responsibility concerning entry into the country. No cancellation or repatriation insurance included. Participants are expected to respect the laws of the country; EHL cannot be responsible for any legal offences committed by participants. |
