04.05.2017 - Culinary Challenge


On Thursday May 4th, the traditional Culinary Challenge took place between EHL alumni and current students.

The 2017 subject was "If Picasso was a Chef" and the teams prepared 4 dishes (amuse-bouche, entrée, main course and dessert) around this theme.

A special challenge was also the use of Andros products in the main course and dessert.

In the restaurant, a team composed of about sixty "judges", all alumni or students, evaluated the creations.

The student team won this year’s challenge. Congratulations!
